Return Eligibility
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
Returned with original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear or washing
Items without original packaging or tags
Personalized products
Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, we may cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
